Overview

The BSc Estate Management Practice will provide you with the tools you need to help analyse problems and to select solutions and put them into practice.You will have a structured and gradual introduction to the subject areas required for this role. You will be encouraged to develop problem-solving skills and capabilities together with personal skills of observation, analysis, judgement and communication. You will also learn to respond to practical challenges presented by rapidly evolving technological, social and economic demands as they apply to the built environment.

Key Facts

The course has strong links with the construction industry and provides a qualification that is accepted by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as a route to their technical qualification. In addition, the course has been fully accredited by the Awarding Body for the Built Environment (ABBE) to satisfy most of the knowledge and understanding required to become a licensed Home Inspector.
